This is Andromeda XXIX (29) in the Local Group, with almost 40 known galaxies that are thought to be satellites of the Andromeda Galaxy. It was discovered by astronomer Eric Bell while collecting data from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey’s Data Release number 8, and confirmed by Gemini North telescope Multi-Object Spectrograph imaging data. Andromeda XXIX is about 15 degrees from the Andromeda Galaxy/
