Blue spot

I am not really sure what this is. I was looking at the star next to in DR9 and DR10 that seems to drastically change color from red to yellow when I noticed this blue spot which could be a nova. :man_shrugging:

Likely cosmic ray – the fact that it’s super-sharp is the main indicator, along with the shape. Cosmic rays are single particles, so they don’t get blurred by the atmosphere, so their edges are sharper than is possible for any imaged astronomical object.
