A strange one

This looks rather odd - could it be gravitational lensing? The bright arc around the central object is highly asymmetric so it doesn’t look like any normal galaxy to me.

Does this have a spectrum, e.g. SDSS? If so, there may be signs of a second redshift system, which could point to at least an overlap if not an sgl.
