I was browsing what I thought was a dwarf galaxy and found this bright area that looked like another galaxy in it or in front of it maybe.

Beautiful, That’s a globular cluster part of the Fornax dwarf Galaxy - NGC 1049, At a distance of 630,000 light years, it is visible in moderate-sized, while the parent galaxy is nearly invisible. This globular cluster was discovered by John Herschel on October 19, 1835, while the parent galaxy is discovered in 1932 by Harlow Shapley.
NGC 1049 is the largest and brightest globular cluster in the Fornax Dwarf galaxy. There are four other globular clusters in the galaxy.

Thank you for the information on the cluster. It is extraordinarily beautiful. There’s a lot to see in Fornax Dwarf Galaxy.
