Hi,
I think that might be a glint from the nearby bright star, HR5844. There seems to be a mirror image of it here,

it is smeared out because this is fairly close to the ecliptic pole, so the WISE spacecraft observes it with the spacecraft oriented at a range of angles, so it gets smeared out in an arc.

This is a fairly common WISE artifact.
